Aggregated houses in Ascona

 

The project involved the construction of residences for wealthy clients, on a hillside where thay can enjoy a splendid view over Lake Maggiore, Switzerland.Particular attention was required in the development of the cross section, to ensure that the various units had the privilege of sight, sunshine and privacy.The project consists of two blocks, for a total of seven units of various sizes.The interior is divided into a range of services (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, walk-in closets) to the north, and the living area and bedrooms facing south, with large windows overlooking the landscape.
