This course developed a residential tower project, addressing installations and structural and technological issues, as well as compositional themes .

The tower has a concrete core containing the distribution and service elements, with a high central patio. Two glazed volumes on east and west sides host the apartments, interspersed with winter gardens and crowned with spaces for collective use.
